Flowhaven’s US office is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its growing team in Santa Monica, California.

In this position, you will introduce Flowhaven’s industry-leading brand licensing SaaS software to companies spanning film, television, gaming, animation, publishing, and sports.

In the beginning, your role as a Sales Coordinator will be focused on cold-calling, booking meetings, and presenting demos of the software. Flowhaven offers a bonus structure based on booked meetings and qualified leads.

This position offers a rapid growth opportunity for the individual looking to grow as a sales professional. Proving your ability to generate qualified leads and demonstrate strong negotiation skills, you will be able to take more responsibilities across the sales process, from negotiations, closing deals, and representing the company at industry expos in the US.

This position reports directly to the US Sales Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identify and engage prospect customers through cold-calls and product demos

Book meetings

Support the sales team with administrative activities

Document and maintain a consistently growing and healthy sales pipeline

Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your knowledge of the Flowhaven solution over time

In order to succeed in this role you must have:

Experience in b2b / SaaS sales

Experience with / understanding of Salesforce

A positive and energetic sales attitude

Willingness to learn all about the licensing industry and the Flowhaven product

Organizational skills and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills

Experience in brand licensing is a plus but not required
